1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $40 USD.
For orders under $40 USD, a flat shipping fee of $8 USD will be applied at checkout.
3. How long does shipping take?
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days after shipment
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
4. Do you ship to all U.S. locations?
We ship to most areas in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
However, we currently do not ship to:
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
- U.S. territories and overseas regions (such as Puerto Rico and Guam)
5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed and shipped.
